Wilma Snyder

Wilma B. Snyder, 88, formerly of Mt. Holly Springs, PA passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015 in the Sarah Todd Memorial Home surrounded by her family.  She was born April 6, 1927 in Gardners, PA to the late Morris and Stella Myers Beam. Wilma was the widow of Lloyd B. Snyder who passed away August 18, 1989.

Wilma retired from Woolworth’s in the MJ Mall as a clerk. She was a member of the Goodyear Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Mt. Holly Springs Golden Age Club.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis L. (Judy) Snyder of Carlisle and Daniel E. Snyder of Mt. Holly Springs; a daughter, Debra S. (Doug) Kaempf of Harwood, MD; 4 grandchildren, Kim Landvater of Liverpool, Eric Snyder of Marysville, Greta Kaempf who is serving in the Peace Corps in Guatemala, and Ethan Kaempf of Cincinnati, OH; and six great grandchildren. Wilma was predeceased by a daughter, Darlene S. Schwartz and siblings, Lester Beam and Glenna Murray.

Services will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory Inc, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Rev. David Clark officiating. There will be a viewing Monday, August 3, 2015 from 6 PM until 8 PM. Interment will be in the Goodyear Cemetery.
