Virginia Pawloski

Virginia M. Pawloski, 81, of Carlisle, PA passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in the Sarah Todd Memorial Home. She was born March 29, 1934 in Somerset, PA to the late Cloyd and Pearl Walker Ream.

A graduate of Somerset High School Class of 1952, Virginia then earned her RN degree from Siebly Memorial Hospital, Washington, DC, a BSN from Bloomsburg University, PA and her Masters from Temple University, PA. She retired from the PA Dept. of Health as a nursing supervisor and enjoyed playing golf, bridge and other card games.

Virginia is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roman (Ray) Pawloski and her daughter, Debra (Michael) Watson. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Abby (William) Stottlemyer of Carlisle and Elizabeth Brinley of Mechanicsburg; two great grandsons, Wesly and Gage Stottlemyer; and her brother, Cloyd (Marie) Ream of Indiana, PA. She was predeceased by her brother, Larry Ream.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Father Brian Wayne on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015.
