Thierry "Tim" Trial

Tim Trial, 56, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the UPMC Pinnacle Hospital Carlisle. Born February 8, 1961 in San Antonio, TX to the late Valentine and Cora Bell Ketchum Trial.
Tim received his Ph.D. in Chemistry, specializing in Polymer Science, from Southern Mississippi University and worked most of his career in Research and Development for rubber manufacturing corporations. He was an avid San Antonio Spurs fan and memorabilia enthusiast and had a deep appreciation for art and music, with tastes ranging from Harry Chapin to Patti Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife Sherri Schroeter Trial of Carlisle; three children, Emily Trial of Pittsburgh, Cyrus Trial of Carlisle and Jessica Trial also of Carlisle; Tim's siblings Jim Trial, Linda Wiatrek, and Bill Trial, all of Texas; also many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Hollinger Funeral Home and Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt Holly Springs, PA 17065. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association Capital Region Division, 1019 Mumma Road Wormleysburg, PA 17043.
