Suzanne Souders

Suzanne Rena Blanche Souders , 41, of Newville, PA  passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016 at her home. She was born November 1, 1974 in Carlisle, PA to Carol Reath Peteritas  of NC and the late Ronald E. Reath.

Suzanne completed 2 years of schooling at HACC and went on to work as a CNA with Manor Care of Carlisle, Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, and other nursing care facilities.  She was a member of Minnequa Social Club in Shippensburg. Suzanne's  son and daughter meant the world to her.

In addition to her mother, Suzanne is survived by her ex-husband and friend, David Clarence Souders of Newville; a son, Kevin Souders  and a daughter, Shannon Souders-Ickes both of Newville; a niece, Ashley Reath of Shippensburg; and a brother Randy Reath of Virginia.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 6:00 PM  in the First Church of God, 475 Shippensburg Road, Newville, PA 17241. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Mt. Holly Springs, PA.
