Sue Stephens

Sue A. Stephens, 70, formerly of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in Camp Hill. She was born September 16, 1943 in Carlisle to the late Ralph W. & Margaret Kessler                         Yinger.

She retired from Masland (Lear) Corp. with 25 years’ service and was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Carlisle.

Sue is survived by her husband, William A. Stephens, Sr. of Hanover; a son, William A. Jr. & wife Kelly of Harrisburg; her daughter, Linda E. Shields of Carlisle; a brother, Ted Yinger of Newville; her sister, Joyce Sheaffer of VA; and grandchildren, Izabel Stephens, Tiffany Shields, Zachery Shields and US Army PFC Jonathan Shields. She was predeceased by a brother, Clifford Yinger and her sisters; Gloria (Doe) Miller, Romaine Early and June Kyle.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday August 6, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, 2397 Quentin Rd., Suite B, Lebanon, PA 17042.
