Shirley Sheriff

Shirley M. Sheriff, 73, of Gardners, PA passed away, Saturday, July 23, 2016 in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born June 15, 1942 in Carlisle, PA to the late Dean and Effie King Barrick.

She attended the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God. Shirley loved to crochet and  spend time with her family.

Surviving Shirley is a daughter, Denise (Harry) Vance of Gardners; two sons, Brian E. (Laurie) Sheriff of Mt. Holly Springs and Troy Sheriff of Carlisle, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Also surviving are four brothers, Gary Barrick of KS, Dennis Barrick of Camp Hill, George and Michael Barrick both of Newville. She was predeceased by a son, Clifford Smith.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA  17065 with the Rev. Richard Reese officiating. There will be a viewing from 5:00 PM until time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the Salvation Army, 125 S.
