Scotty Taylor

Scotty Wayne Taylor, 43, of Carlisle, PA and formerly of Kingsport, TN passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. He was born in Kingsport, TN to Jerry Wayne and Jennifer Ellen Carter Taylor of Fort Blackmore, VA.

He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and he worked as an integrity pipeline consultant for DNVGL in Mechanicsburg.

Also surviving Scotty is his wife, Faith Lynn Russell Taylor of Carlisle; a sister, Jennie (Will) Hughes of Fort Blackmore, VA; sister-in-law, Bridget (Leon) Jackson of Hurlock, MD; and two nephews, Josh Rhoton of Fort Blackmore, VA and Brad Russell of Hurlock, MD; and Faith's parents, Angie Russell and Sam George of Ranson, WV.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Dr. Wyman Hall officiating in the Eackles, Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Rd., Harpers Ferry, WV 25425. There will be a visitation Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, WV.
