Saundra Clugh

Saundra K. Clugh, 68, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 in her home. She was born July 31,1948 in Carlisle to the late George L. and Ruth I. Boyles Barbour and was the widow of Carl Ed Clugh who passed away July 19, 2009. A graduate of Carlisle High School, Saundra was employed by Skills of Central PA and worked in several area nursing homes as a caregiver to many over theyears. She was a member of the American Legion # 674, Carlisle AmVets and a life member of the Shippensburg VFW #6168.

Saundra is survived by two daughters, Tracy L. Snader Bollman of Carlisle and Shawnta M. Boyer of Harrisburg; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Also surviving are three brothers, Ronald L. Barbour (Pork) of Denver, CO, Marlin L. Barbour Sr. (Skip) and Gary S. Barbour (Buck), both of Carlisle.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016 at 7:00PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs PA 17065, with Rev. Tom Kaden and Rev. Michael Gingerich officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ladies Auxiliary South Mountain American Legion Post #674, 601 W. Pine Street, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
