Ruth Lehman

Ruth E. Lehman, 88, of Newville, PA, passed away December 3, 2019 in the UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle. She was born October 1, 1931 in Carlisle, PA to the late William and Velva (Myers) Lehman.

Ruth retired from the former Carlisle Tire and Wheel in 1993 as an industrial tire builder. She was a member of the former Mt. Holly Springs Lutheran Church and attended St. John Lutheran Church in Shiremanstown. Ruth was an avid reader.

She is survived by her brother, David Lehman, of Indiantown, FL; and sister, Brenda Snyder of Boiling Springs, PA. Ruth was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard, Glen, Carroll and Carl Lehman.

Services will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA, 17065 with Chaplain Barbara Albert officiating.  Burial will be held in the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.
