Roger D. Kuhn

Roger D. Kuhn, 65, of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, passed away Monday, March 11th, 2024, in the UPMC Harrisburg, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 4, 1958, in Carlisle, to June (Saphore) Kuhn of Mt. Holly Springs and the late Charles Kuhn.

Roger retired from Fry Communication, Inc., where he was a press operator with over 40 years of service. His memberships include; South Mountain American Legion, Post 674, VFW, Post 7343, and Fraternal Order of Eagles, Post 1299. In his younger years, Roger enjoyed hunting and fishing. Roger loved cooking at Goodyear’s parties and spending time at the cabin. In his spare time, he would walk the streets of Mt. Holly and was the self-proclaimed, “mayor”. Roger was a die-hard Steelers fan and loved watching the games. He had a very loud personality and enjoyed everything about life. Roger valued his family dearly, considering them number one over anything. Known to his family as “Uncle Dog”.

In addition to his mother, Roger is survived by his siblings, Jennifer Luebbers (Jerry), Sharon George (Gary), Cindy Kitner, and Scott Kuhn (Stephanie); and many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews. Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Marlin Kuhn.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA, 17065 with Rev. Richard Reese officiating. A viewing will be held at 4:00 PM until the time of service. Burial will be held privately in Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery.
