Richard Smith

Richard Lee Paul Smith, 47, of Shippensburg, PA passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 in his home. Born December 12, 1967 in Gettysburg, PA to the late Richard Lester and Shirley Louise Franklin Smith, he is survived by his wife, Anna Doyle Smith of Shippensburg. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.  Richard was predeceased by his sister, Wendy Smith.

Richard worked for Piper’s Auto Parts and GS Electric in Carlisle, and Hoffman Mills and Vapor Jet in Shippensburg. Golfing, going to the beach and watching movies were his favorite pastimes. With a positive attitude and outlook, Richard was fun loving and enjoyed life.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God, 602 McLand Road, Mt. Holly Springs, PA  17065 with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
