Richard Miller

Richard Charles Miller, 76, of Carlisle, PA passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at home. He was born December 17, 1940 in Mt. Holly Springs, PA to the late Paul R. and Ethel Lorraine (Craver) Miller.

Richard was the owner and operator of Miller Enterprises, worked as a mechanic at Ray's Garage in Mt. Holly Springs, and worked on various excavating projects in the region. He loved to golf, target shoot, and was a fan of NASCAR. Richard was a handyman who liked to build things and care for his family.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Melody (Morrow) Miller of Carlisle; his two daughters, Kaylani Miller of Dayton, Ohio and Tammy Atwood of Gardners; and 2 grandchildren, Eric and Justin Atwood. He is also survived by his two best friends, Ray Fahnestock and Bill Shaeffer both of Mt. Holly Springs. Richard was preceded in death by a brother Paul "Bing" Miller.
