Richard Hughes

Richard F. Hughes, 56, formerly of Spring Hill, Fl passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015 in Carlisle, at his sister’s home. He was born November 28, 1958 in Staten Island, NY to the late William E. and Eileen Loblein Hughes.

Richard retired in 1996 from the New York Dept. of Sanitation and Construction and moved to Spring Hill, Fl.

He is survived by a son, Richard Francis Hughes Jr. and a daughter, Kelly Hughes both of Spring Hill; a brother, Jeffrey Hughes of Staten Island and a sister Colleen Farrer of Carlisle.
