Richard E. Arnold

Richard E. Arnold, 74, of Newville, PA, passed away on January 30, 2025, at his home with his devoted wife by his side. He was born February 16, 1950, in Harrisburg, PA to the late William and Evelyn Arnold.

Richard served in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed listening to music, watching tv shows, and looking at old cars. Richard was a truck driver and retired from that in 2016.

Surviving is his loving wife of 43 years, Mary E. (Throne) Arnold; three daughters, Chris (Bill) Porter, Angela Weaver, Merideth Arnold and their families; and his brother, Harry Arnold. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his three sisters, Margie Weiser, Beverley Seiders, and Anna Arnold; and his brother, John Arnold.

Per Richards request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
