Reba F. Starner

Reba F. Starner, 94, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on January 13, 2024, in the Church of God Nursing Home. She was born December 23, 1929, in Carlisle to the late Lloyd William and Emma Amelia (Darr) Brough. Reba was the widow of Ellis Starner who passed away August 31, 2011.

Surviving Reba are her children, Lona Brandt (Lee) of Gardners and Debra A. Kemp of Carlisle; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and one brother. In addition to Rebas parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her one brother and one sister.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Project Share of Carlisle, 5 N. Orange Street #4, Carlisle, PA 17013.
