Patrick Smith

Patrick Alan Smith, 25, of Lemoyne, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at his home. He was born December 19, 1989 in Carlisle, PA to Gregory A. and Sharon E. Burke Smith of Mt. Holly Springs, PA.  A concrete finisher employed by Hunter Concrete, Pat also enjoyed the outdoors and loved fishing and camping.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Lucas (Sarah) Smith of Mechanicsville, MD and Mark Melnikoff of Baltimore, MD; his grandfather, Melvin Mellott of Gardners; a niece; and three nephews. Pat was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Maxine Mellott and maternal grandparents, Charles and Elizabeth Voll.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 19, at 10:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Rev. Richard Reese officiating. Interment in the will be in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery.  A visitation will be held Monday, May 18, in the funeral home from 6 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Assoc., Inc., Box 1, Boiling Springs, PA 17007.
