Nanette Eileen Myers Slaysman, 58, of Mt. Holly Springs passed away Friday April 6, 2018 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital. She was born July 26, 1959 in Bellefonte, PA to Barry Myers and Sue Brungart Myers of Spring Mills. Most recently, she was an administrative assistant for Carlisle Tire & Wheel. She attended the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God. Nan was a woman of many talents. She used her creative talent to bring joy to people with the wreaths and jewelry she lovingly created. She was the family genealogist and spent countless hours tracking down the family's origins. Most recently in pursuit of healing and self-enlightenment, she graduated from the Sage School of Light as a medical intuitive. She loved using her gift to help people heal and discover more about themselves. Nan loved deeply and unconditionally and touched many lives. Her family and the many friends she made will miss her wisdom, love and guidance.
She is survived by her husband Ken Slaysman; daughter Jaime (Jeff) Lewis of Lancaster and twin sons Nathan (partner Justina Vaughn) Slaysman of Mt. Holly Springs and Travis (partner Makenna Brown) Slaysman of Ashburn, VA. Six grandchildren, Addison Owens, Elijah Vaughn, Aurora Lewis, Mathias Slaysman, Owen Lewis and Beatrice Lewis and predeceased by granddaughter Lydia Lewis. Also surviving are four siblings Betsy Witmer of Rebersburg, Robin Yarnell of Hublersburg, Curt and Chad Myers of Spring Mills. She was predeceased by her brother Robert.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God, with Pastor Barbara Maurice officiating.
