Melissa Baranishyn-Stake

Melissa A. Ross (Youtzy) Baranishyn-Stake, 48, of Gardners, PA passed away in the West Shore Hospital on Thursday, May 14, 2015. Born November 22, 1966 in Lewistown, PA to the late Dennis and Sharon Beckenbaugh Ross, she is survived by her loving husband, Thomas R. Stake. Also surviving is her son, Nathan R. (Elizabeth V.) Baranishyn of Portales, NM; two brothers, Timothy Beckenbaugh of Spring Mills, PA and Thomas Youtzy of Omaha, NE; and many nieces and nephews.

An avid gardener, Melissa had a green thumb and a love of animals; she enjoyed the outdoors and her quiet, simplistic life on a farm.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 3:30 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with the Rev. Richard Reese officiating and Bruce Barner assisting. There will be a viewing from 2:00 PM until the service time.
