Mary J. Books, 96 of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023, in the Kadima at Campbelltown Nursing Home, Palmyra. She was born July 4, 1926, in Gardners, PA to the late Karl Clouser and Margaret (Warner) Coulson and was the widow of Leroy Books.
Mary was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star and volunteered at UPMC Osteopathic for 30 plus years.
Surviving are her children, Shirley Auker, Wayne Leroy Books, Lois Enders, Judy Wilson, and Edward Lee Books; eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Reeves.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
