Margaret Seiler

Margaret W. Seiler, age 89, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 in the Holy Spirit Hospital. She was born January 17, 1927 in Bellefonte, PA to the late Charles H. and Fay Etta Kisling Wagner. She was the widow of Donald L. Seiler who passed away in 2011.

Peg was an active member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ. She was also an avid reader and a skilled seamstress/tailor. Peg loved to knit for her grandchildren and others and was an active member of the church shawl knitting group. She loved gardening.

She is survived by her two sons: Thomas Seiler and his husband Jonathan Tubman of Rockville, MD; Curtis Seiler and his wife Marjorie of Spring Lake, MI; her daughter, Clarise Seiler of Schuylkill Haven, PA; as well as five grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Her sister, Susan Dull lives in State College, PA. Peg  was predeceased by three siblings: Nancy Francis, Curtis Wagner and William Wagner.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on  Wednesday, February 24, 2016  in St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 626 Williams Grove Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA  17055 with the Rev. John Ward-Diorio officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
