Margaret Kees

Margaret Bistline Kees born February 5, 1934 in Carlisle, PA to George and Clara Bistline passed away quietly June 26, 2016.  Known as both Peggy and Maggie. she was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother and wife.  She was pre deceased by her husband, William P. Kees and her siblings, George, John, Lee, Bob, Lois and Nancy.  She is survived by her children, HM and Cindy; her grandsons, Justin and Taylor and her siblings, Betty, Ed, Mary, Frank, Jim, Ronnie and sister in law Jean.  Peggy spent her adult life in Hagerstown, Md having many lifetime friends who will miss her terribly.  Peggy could be seen walking at high speed around her neighborhood almost daily as she didn't know how to sit down.  She battled Alzheimer's disease which ultimately took her from us.  We will all miss her love, energy and of course her amazing treats that she constantly bestowed on her family and friends.  Anybody wishing to remember her are encouraged to give to the Alzheimer's Association " Alz.org or participate in a "Walk to end Alzheimer's" event.
