Loretta D. (Dot) MacDonough, 75, and formerly of Dillsburg and the Green Ridge Village, Newville passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 in the Carlisle Hospital. She was the widow of Robert T. MacDonough who passed away in 1994. Dot was born February 10, 1938 in Mt. Union to the late Howard W. & Edna M. Hall Locke. She was a former employee of Bakers Restaurant, Dillsburg. She also liked crocheting, building puzzles and bowling.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria L. Walters and husband Todd A. of Dover, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren and her brother, Fred (Marie) Locke of Enola. She is also survived by her daughter in law, Cheryl C. Lowery of Mechanicsburg and granddaughter in law, Elizabeth Lowery of Kansas. She was predeceased by her son and grandson William B. Lowery Sr. and William B. Lowery Jr.
Graveside services, with relatives and friends, will be held Thursday, April 14 at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Monroe Twp. with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
