Leon Barbour

Leon Barbour, 57, of Gardners, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. Leon was born July 7, 1960 in Carlisle, to Judy Beam Barbour and the late Donald Barbour.

Leon was a member of the Goodyear Church and Mt. Holly VFW Post 7343. He was employed by the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, for over 37 years. Leon enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He loved his dogs, Princess and Zoe.

Surviving in addition to his mother are sisters, Nanette Helm and husband, Duane of Heidlersburg, Nancy Griffie and companion, Merle of Landisburg, and Jennifer Malinosky and husband, Keith of Mt. Holly Springs; companion, Tammy Vega of Gardners; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home and Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA. with Rev. David Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Goodyear cemetery at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held Friday, July 14, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
