Larry Lee “Knobby” Knaub, 65, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away March 4, 2025, in the UPMC Carlisle Hospital. He was born October 6, 1959, in Carlisle, to Ronald Knaub of West Melbourne, Fl and the late Delored Fay (Harbaugh) Unger.

Larry loved riding his Harley. He went on many “poker runs,” with his group of friends. Larry was a social butterfly and was well loved by all. Larry was a member of numerous clubs including: Fraternal Order of Eagles, Post 1299, Carlisle, Sons of American Legion, Melbourne, FL, American Legion Riders, Chapter 81, Florida, Sons of AMVETS, life member, VFW Auxiliary, Life Member, A.B.A.T.E of Pennsylvania, The Carlisle Club, and Moose Fraternity, Carlisle. He was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers, Boston Celtics and Boston Red Sox fan. In addition to riding his motorcycle, Larry especially enjoyed listening to music.

In addition to his father, Larry is survived by his Fiancée, Wanda Britcher of Carlisle; stepmother, Joyce Knaub; sisters, Lori Black (companion, Sam Matzner) of Mt. Holly Springs, Terri Hummel (Keith) of Carlisle; aunt, Darlene Poole of Gettysburg; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM in the American Legion Post 101, 142 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
