June DeVanie

June M. DeVanie, 91, formerly of Boiling Springs, PA passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017 in the Church of God Home, Carlisle, PA. She was born

January 12, 1926 in Mt. Holly Springs, to the late Mervin and Juanita Myers Minnich and was the widow of Harry M. DeVanie who passed in 2006.

June retired from Orweco Frocks. She liked sewing and crafts. She enjoyed spending time with her 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, Jeffrey (Marie) DeVanie of Carlisle; a daughter, Traci (James) Williams of Land O' Lakes, FL; sisters, Maryann Slyder of Carlisle and Doris Miller of Manchester.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA with the Chaplain Bradley Moore officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mt.
