Juan Irizarry Mendez

Juan Irizarry Mendez, 72, of Gardners, PA passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 9, 1945 in Las Marias, PR to the late Juan Irizarry and Juanita Mendez.

Juan was a United States Army Veteran, serving in the Vietnam war and worked as Vice President of AFCO. He loved horses, singing and playing the guitar and helping others. Juan was very fond of spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his children, Aria D'Mir Irizarry, Felipe Moreau, Christian Rodriguez, Praxedes and wife, Yaleska, Jondalar and Juan Leonardo Irizarry; 6 grandchildren; and siblings, Hilda Milagros Valladares, Maria, Fernando and Wilfredo Irizarry.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
