Jeffrey Alan Eppley, 46, of Boiling Springs, PA passed away September 4, 2019 in the University of PA Hospital, Philadelphia. He was born March 27, 1973 in Carlisle to John F. and Sandra J. (Dwyer) Eppley.
Jeffrey was a graduate of the Carlisle High School, Class of 1991 and IUP, Class of 1995, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice. He was employed by the Cumberland County Prison as a correction officer and previously employed by the Franklin County Jail and Schaffner Youth Detention Center for 18 years. Jeffrey was involved in WWII reenactment groups.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Nicolle Eppley of Glen Burnie, MD and dog, Raina, who was his faithful companion.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, Inc., 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17111.
