Janet E. Beam

Janet E. Beam, 84, of Gardners, PA, passed away on September 23, 2024, in the Green Ridge Village, Newville. She was born November 14, 1939, in Carlisle to the late James R. and Anna (Fickel) Smith.

Janet was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Gardners.

Surviving is her loving husband, Jack E. Beam of Gardners; children, Cynthia Railing of Carlisle, Michael Beam of Gardners, Randal (Kathy) Beam of Gardners, Diane (Robert) Stambaugh of Carlisle, Sue (Ed) Kujawa of Carlisle, Kathy (William) McKeehan of Carlisle; thirteen grandchildren, Tawnya, Brian and Jeremy (Emily) Railing, Sarah, Samantha and Janine Beam, Megan and Emily Stambaugh, Tyler (Emily Hershey) and Trevor Kujawa, Allison (McKeehan) Heishman (Ryan), and Adam and Jacklyn McKeehan; three great grandchildren; brother, James W. Smith of York Springs; and sister, Doris Brandt of Carlisle. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her son, Gary L. Beam.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Pastor Eric Snyder officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services and burial will take place in Goodyear Cemetery.
