Helen T. Gulden, 93, formerly of Mt. Holly Springs, PA passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Manor Care, Carlisle. She was born June 4, 1920 in Marysville, PA to the late Emilius S. and Pearl E. Harrold Toner and was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, George D. Gulden, who passed away July 25 2007.

Helen was a 1939 graduate of Boiling Springs HS and retired from the PNC Bank, Mt. Holly branch, as a teller. An active member of the community, she belonged to the Gettysburg Regional Antique Car Club of America, the Mt. Holly Springs Golden Age Club, the York Springs Seniors and was the former secretary of the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery Association.

Surviving are three daughters, Judith Marshall of Camp Hill (companion Barry McCoy), Joyce Wallace (Harold) of Carlisle and Joan McBride (Jay) of Carlisle; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, E. S. (Bud) Toner and two sisters, Ruth Shopp and Gretta Boyer.

The family wants to thank the nursing staff at Manor Care, Arcadia Unit, for their excellent care of their mother.

Services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating at the Two Mile House, 1189 Walnut Bottom Rd., Carlisle, PA 17015. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Two Mile House, C/O the Cumberland County Historical Society, 21 N. Pitt St., Carlisle, PA 17013. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs, PA. Condolences to the family may be made at www.hollingerfuneralhome.com.
