Harry Nelson Werner

Harry Nelson Werner, 68, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, in the UPMC West Shore Hospital. He was born November 28, 1954, in Harrisburg, PA, to the late Eugene and Virginia (Kurskarski) Werner.

Harry was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked for Fry Communications and Cumberland Valley School District. Harry loved his Harley Davidson, fishing, and putting models together. In his free time, he enjoyed attending Indian Retreats.

Surviving is his niece, Tina L. Brooker of Carlisle; siblings, Howard Werner, Cheryl Wiest, Doreen Werner, Cathy Werner, Patty Shifflet, Tammy Rohrer and Sandy Werner; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Harry is preceded in death by his brother, Edward Werner.
