Harold Kipps Jr.

Harold R. Kipps Jr., 91, of Carlisle, PA passed away Friday, November 2 ,2018 at his residence. He was born July 2, 1927 in Winchester, VA to the late Harold R. and Dissie (Moffitt) Kipps Sr.

Harold was a United States Navy Veteran, serving during WWII and retired from the New Cumberland Army Depot, where he was a packer foreman. He was a life member of the White Circle Club, FOE 1299, VFW 477, American Legion Post 223, Moose Lodge 761, Elks Lodge 578 and The Mechanicsburg Club.

He is survived by his siblings, Ronald Kipps of Hazelton and Beverly Raber of Brookville, FL. Harold is preceded in death by his siblings, Elega Mae Lamason, Robert Lee  and James Lloyd Kipps.

Interment will be held privately in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
