Gary King

Gary W. King, 54, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018. He was born on November22, 1963 in Harrisburg to the late Robert and Madeline (Kramer) King.

Gary was a US Navy veteran and worked as a personnel manager for the Liquor Control Board. He was a member of the Silver Springs Presbyterian Church and an avid coin collector.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Evonne A. (Barbour) King of Mechanicsburg; one son, Jeremy C. King and wife, Natalea of Virginia; granddaughter, Paisley C. King of Virginia; and brother, Jeffrey King of Tannersville.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 in the Silver Springs Presbyterian Church, 444 Silver Spring Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 with Rev. Don Wahlig officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the New Hope Ministries, 5228 E. Trindle Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 or a food bank of your choice.
