Fred Killinger

Fred Edward Killinger, 83, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 in the Gardens of West Shore. He was born May 1, 1937 in Carlisle to the late Calvin E. and Pauline K. (Kuykendall) Killinger and was the widower of Grace B. (Keck) Killinger.

Fred worked as a supervisor at the former Masland and Lear Corporation and most recently worked as a driver for George’s Flowers. He attended Family Worship Center, Mechanicsburg and was a former member of the Carlisle Eagles Aerie 1299.

Surviving are his children, Fred E. Killinger Jr. (Melissa) and Cheryl A. McCullough (Mike), both of Carlisle; 2 grandchildren, Shannon and Miranda; 2 great-grandchildren, Aubri and Zoey; siblings, Linda Bernheisel (James) of Carlisle and Bonnie Gsell of Michigan; and friend, Brenda Lee Adams. Fred was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy A. Snyder and siblings Ray, Foster, Wayne Jr., and Bruce Killinger and Ruth Hess.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
