Frank H. Glenn III, 65, of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 in the Harrisburg Hospital. He was born February 5, 1949 in Carlisle to the late Frank H. and Helen M. Jumper Glenn Jr. Frank retired from B&R Construction and was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post #674. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed watching NASCAR and the Philadelphia Eagles and loved working on the farm.
He is survived by his daughters; Rusty Richwine of Cumberland County and Penny J. Radle of Carlisle; his sons, Andy M. (Karen) Glenn of Gardners and Scott M. Glenn of Carlisle. Frank had 8 grandchildren: Justin Shunk, Brendon Schwartzbauer, Shawn Radle, Derek Radle, Elizabeth Glenn, Kaitlin Radle, Allison Glenn, Ashley Glenn and 4 great grandchildren. Also, surviving are his sisters, Kimberly Hurley of Carlisle and Tracy Griffie of Mt. Holly Springs; two brothers, Richard Glenn of Dillsburg and Mervin Glenn of Mt. Holly Springs and a long time friend, Sue Rangel. He was predeceased by his brother, Randy Glenn.
A viewing will be held Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a service at 6:00 PM with Rev. Richard Reese officiating in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Please dress casual as Frank would.
