Frances K. Wetzel

Frances K. Wetzel, 91, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on January 5, 2025, in the Church of God Home in Carlisle. She was born on August 17, 1933, in Northumberland County to the late William and Mamie (Brouges) Engle.

Frances was a member of the Victory Tabernacle Church in Carlisle. She loved sewing, crocheting, and was a big animal lover.

Surviving are her children, Karon Keeseman of Newville and Kimberly (Ron) McGowan of Carlisle; grandchildren, Tammy Gitt, Keith Derr, Jason Wetzel, Justin Wetzel, and Shannon Robinson; eight great grandchildren; and sister, Virginia Foltz of Carlisle. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her son, Ken Wetzel; grandchild, Sam Gitt; and siblings, Glenn Engle, Bob Engle, Clyde Engle, and Corrine Kingsborough.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Victory Tabernacle Church, 472 E North St, Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastor Glenn Yohn officiating.
