Eva M. (Loucks) Hogan

Eva M. (Loucks) Hogan, 68, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on November 14, 2023, in Encompass Health in Mechanicsburg. She was born December 22, 1954, in Carlisle to the late John M. and Kathleen E. (Boyd) Loucks.

Eva worked at Cumberland Valley School District for 35 years as a special education teacher. She was a member of the Carlisle First Church of God. Eva loved her Beach bunch and her Bunco group.

Surviving is her daughter, Jackie M. Hogan of Mechanicsburg; sister, Iva K. (Lawrence) Zell of Dillsburg; nephews, Bradley Zell (Kristen) of Dillsburg and Kevin Zell (Jaime Rohrbaugh) of Mechanicsburg; various great nieces and nephews; and her very special friend, Marie Pagano of New Jersey.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Carlisle First Church of God, 705 Glendale Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 with Rev. Michael Poe officiating. A visitation will be held at 10:30 until time of service. There will be a luncheon to follow service. Burial will be held privately in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.
