Edward Madden

Edward L. Madden, 90, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in the Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born May 12, 1929 in Portland, Maine to the late Joseph and Taline (LeBlanc) Madden and was the widower of Patricia (Homer) Madden.

Edward worked as a theatre professor at the FAU College and was a United States Army Signal Corps veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. Additionally, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Surviving are his children, Caitlin Madden of Carlisle, Tristram Madden of Townson, MD and Ceil Madden of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Stephanie, Amanda, Andrew, Jacob and Riley; and great-grandchildren, Dechlan and Ledger.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 152 E.
