Dorothy Rupp

Dorothy Jean Rupp, 70, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born February 22, 1946 in Carlisle, PA to the late George and Elma Engle. Dorothy was the widow of Ronald Rupp.

Dorothy was a homemaker and spending time with family was most important to her. She loved to be outdoors, enjoyed gardening and was an animal lover.

She is survived by two daughters, Georgeanna  Rupp and Deborah Rupp, both of Carlisle; 6 grandchildren;  6 great grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Engle of Carlisle and George Recker of DE; and a sister, Patty Klose of NC. She was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy Rupp.

A Celebration of Dorothy's Life will be held Saturday, April 16 ,2016 at 2:00 PM in the New Life Community Church,64 East North Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
