Dorothy Kramer

Dorothy Irene Kramer, 86, formerly of Gardners, PA passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 in the Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle, PA where she had been a resident for 3 years. She was born September 27, 1929 in New Oxford, PA to the late Emory and Ella Shanabrook Bream. She was also predeceased by her stepfather, Archie Sterns.

Dorothy worked in the sewing factory in New Oxford. She loved gardening, canning, sewing and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jacob F. Kramer of Gardners; two sons, Garry C. (Teresa) Kramer of East Berlin and Timothy Kramer of Gardners; three daughters, Juene Parson of Warfordsburg,  Linda (Ernie) Reichert and Debora (Mike) Smith both of Gardners. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with the Rev. Joel Everhart officiating.
