Doris Rudolph

Doris E. Rudolph, 85 of Carlisle passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Manor Care of Carlisle. She was born December 1, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Wayne K. and Olive Radcliffe Snader. Doris was the widow of Robert N. Rudolph who passed away in 2005.

Doris retired from the Sprint Telephone Company and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by a son, Jeff (Laurie) Rudolph of Boiling Springs and a daughter, Sandra Stone of Lancaster; 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Shirley Smith of Boiling Springs and Sally Myers of Naples, FL.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Doris was predeceased by 3 brothers, Robert W., Roger, and Kenneth;and a sister, Betty Rosinski.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM in St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015 with the Very Reverend  William C. Forrey VF  celebrant. There will be a visitation at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.              In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to her church or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
