Donna McGonigal

Donna K. (Sue) McGonigal, 78, formerly of Carlisle and Mechanicsburg, PA passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 in the Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle. She was born December 11, 1935 in Carlisle to the late Kling E. and Leah Mullen McGonigal.

Donna graduated from Carlisle High School and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Beth Ellen (Thomas) MacSkimming of Wellsville; two sisters, Patricia Goldhart of Lancaster and Joan McGonigal of Gove City, Ohio; two grandchildren, Megan (Jac) Stough of Mt. Wolf and Emily MacSkimming of Wellsville; and 2 great-grandchildren, Carter and Greyson Stough.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 24 at 10:00 AM with the Rev. Richard Ruff officiating at the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.   Interment will be in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery.
