Donald Piper

Donald E. Piper Sr., 74, of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015 in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.  He was born May 18, 1941 in Newville, PA to the late Kenneth and Gladys Weaver Piper.  Donald was self employed, customizing Harley Davidson Motorcycles.  An avid NASCAR fan, he loved his motorcycles and hotrods. Donald was a member of the White Circle Club and the Eagles Arie # 1299. He served in the US Navy.

Donald is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diana Lynn Hartle Piper; his daughter, Denise Johnson of WA and three sons, Donald Jr. and companion Laura Poe of NY, Michael of NC and Jason (Serena) of Mt. Holly Springs. Also surviving are six grandchildren and two sisters, Nancy Hall and Joyce Piper, both of Carlisle. He was predeceased by his brother, Larry Piper

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Rev. Margaret J.
