Darlene Landis

Darlene J. (Frellesen) Landis, 79, of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 at her residence. She was born on July 5, 1938 to the late Benjamin Frellesen and Evelyn (Bowen) Goodridge. Darlene is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert L. Landis, who passed away May 25, 2016.

Darlene lived in Mt. Holly Springs for over 40 years. She was a member of the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God, a former member of the Carlisle Church of God, Citizen's Fire Co. No. 1 Ladies Auxiliary and Farm Women of Fannettsburg. Darlene loved to read and put puzzles together in her spare time.

She is survived by her children, Terri A. Shirley and husband, Alan of Shippensburg, Timothy L. Landis and wife, Marge of Carlisle, David C. Landis and wife, Melody of Gardners , Robert S. "Bob" Landis and wife, Christine of Huntingdon and Brian E. Landis of Mt. Holly Springs; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Darlene is preceded in death by one son, Douglas P. Landis, who passed away July 12,2016 .

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God 602 McLand Dr., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Pastor Dan Murray officiating.
