Connie Ann Otto, 78, of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, passed away on September 11, 2024, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 26, 1946, in Carlisle to the late Earl L. and Margaret H. (Trayer) March.

Connie was a Boiling Springs High School graduate, and she retired after 30 years as a library aide for Mount Holly Elementary School. In her spare time, Connie spent her time gardening/mowing, crafting, watching nature and soap operas, taking pictures, and spending quality time with her family. Connie contributed heavily to the Odd Fellows organization as a member of the York Springs Lodge #211.

Connie enjoyed life as a devoted wife, a steadfast mother, a loving grandmother, and a caring great-grandmother for her great-grandaughters, Riley and Teagan.

Surviving is her loving husband of 59 plus years of marriage, Robert (Bob) H. Otto of Mt. Holly Springs; children, Brett R. Otto of Mt. Holly Springs, Troy D. (Anne M.) Otto of Gardners, Cam A. (Paul E.) Baer of Gardners, and Cayle D. (Michael L.) Swindler of Boiling Springs; nine grandchildren, Robert (Helen), Benjamin, Mikel, Colton, Trenton, Braedon (Morgan), Zachary, Nicholas, and Abigail; two great-granddaughters, Riley and Teagan; and siblings, Rev. Donald L. March of Carlisle and Linda K. Hale of St. Louis, MO. In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her daughter in law, Kelley A. (King) Otto.
