Charles R. Martin, Jr.

Charles R. Martin, Jr., 70, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, in the UPMC Carlisle Hospital. He was born December 26, 1954, in Carlisle to the late Charles Richard and Lois Martin (Franklin) Brame Martin, Sr.

Charles was a United States Army Veteran and retired from Penn Dot as a roadworker. He was a member of the American Legion Post 674 in Mt. Holly Springs and Mt. Holly Springs VFW Post 7343. Charles loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

Surviving are his siblings, Trudy Byers of Mt. Holly Springs and Karen Martin; numerous nieces and nephews; and good friend, Ernie Miller. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Denny L. Martin.
