Barbara Stenger

Barbara H. Stenger, 90, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 in the Cumberland Crossings, Carlisle. She was born June 29, 1929 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Benjamin and Viola ( Braddy) Henderson and was the widow of Paul K. Stenger Jr., who passed away May 31, 2010.

Barbara was a life member and secretary of the Oakton United Methodist Church, Oakton, VA and a member of AYR Garden Club. Her life revolved around her church and her family.
Surviving is her son, Doug H. (Darlene) Stenger of Carlisle; two grandsons, Dustin (Jenna) and Donald (Becky) Stenger, all of Carlisle; and great-grandchildren, Arianna, Jayden, Jaide, Hailey, Lilli and Luke. In addition to her husband, Barbara is preceded in death by her grandson, Keith Stenger, who passed away June 1, 2006.

A graveside service will be held Monday, July 29, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery, Mt. Holly Springs, PA. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the graveside service in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt.
