Anthony R. Sellers, 47, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014 at his mother’s home in Harrisburg and was originally from Dover, PA. He was born October 11, 1966 in Camp Hill to Cheri L. Hockley Sellers of Harrisburg and the late Raymond L. Sellers.
Anthony was a cook at the Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot for 17 years. He was a member of South Mountain VFW 6771 in Dillsburg, Sons of American Legion #730, Penbrook and the Order of Sons of Italy in America Lodge #2857. Anthony loved his family; he was a fan of the Miami Dolphins, an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved going to the beach.
Surviving Anthony are: 2 sons, T.J. and Aaron of Virginia; 2 step brothers, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Services will be held at the Hollinger Funeral Home and Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Curtis Weber officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg, 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17111 or Hospice of Central PA., 1320 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17110.
